Guarantee All our products are covered by our unconditional, lifetime guarantee. This means that we will repair your Nima instrument free of charge within the lifetime of your project - even if it has been accidentally damaged. All we ask is that you return the faulty component to our workshop in England at your expense and we will repair it free of charge. This guarantee only covers products made by us and NOT peripherals such as personal computers or surface potential sensors made by other companies. Nor does it cover expensive consumables such as platinum plates or rings.
Please note: For legal reasons, 'lifetime' is defined as 3 years
Licence Statement Purchase of a Nima LB trough gives the buyer unlimited licence to copy and disseminate information contained in this website, our published manuals, technical documentation and the software for running the instruments, provided this is for educational purposes only.
