Based in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, The Hearing Suite is an independent hearing clinic providing tailored solutions to customers from all over the UK.
From our first meeting with The Hearing Suite, their vision was crystal clear; to bring a spot of luxury to the healthcare sector, in the form of an audiology clinic like no other. Their ethos and aspirations were a perfect fit for us, with a focus on tailored solutions and creating the perfect customer experience.
Whilst the brand name had already been decided, NIMA worked alongside The Hearing Suite on their branding, creating a sleek logo and coherent brand guidelines. This was then followed by the development of their online presence, by creating a striking website that would be both practical and informative - a place for customers to book appointments but also a place to tell the company’s story and to help break the stigma surrounding hearing loss. It was crucial for founder Emily to convey her message of the importance of hearing for everyone and to create a comfortable and supportive place for the diverse group of people who are affected by hearing loss.
The creation of this site was assisted by our extended team of industry experts, with copywriter Helen Reynolds conveying the powerful message of audiology with that luxury twist. Photographer Olivia Brabbs who shot three photoshoots with us, providing a portfolio of beautiful images which The Hearing Suite could then use across their website and social feeds.
