When we first met with The Hearing Suite, their vision was crystal clear. They needed to create a brand that could encapsulate luxury, hospitality and healthcare into one seamless package.
Step one was designing the perfect logo and brand guidelines. Step two was beginning work on the perfect website presence. We wanted to create a site that could encourage bookings to the Suite, but could also tell the story of The Hearing Suite. The most important aspect of the site though, was helping break the stigma around hearing loss and reiterate that hearing loss can affect such a diverse range of people.
At this stage in the relationship we were commissioned by the client, for a 9 month marketing contract. We were asked to support in launching the business, managing online and offline marketing activity, managing a 12 month marketing strategy and to deliver an impactful calendar of events that complemented the brand.
It was important to us that any events planned were impactful and exciting, and really filled a gap for The Hearing Suite’s audience. One such event was “Santa’s Grotto at The Hearing Suite”. We brought an elegant grotto to the Suite, with a Santa Clause that could communicate through Sign Language, meaning we could invite children suffering from hearing loss who may not have had the opportunity to speak to Santa before.
I went to the team at NIMA with a bundle of fairly chaotic ideas about what I wanted my brand to look, feel and sound like. Nicky and Mark listened patiently, suggested, and refined my thoughts into something I am utterly proud of. From the web design to the copy, photography, marketing plan, social and even event planning I cannot express how grateful I am to of found such skilled professionals or recommend their team highly enough. I look forward to all of our continued collaborations.
