Alongside offering brand consultancy for Clockface Beauty, NIMA has also been working with the vegan, natural and waterless skincare brand on their customer communication across various platforms.
NIMA took over the Clockface Beauty social media accounts and have created several seasonal campaigns that can communicate the brand's strong voice, whilst keeping the audience engaged and informed. Reorganising and restructuring the platforms, establishing colour schemes and aesthetics, and planning informative and interesting messages to share with audiences are key factors in curating a presence across socials.
After figuring out our key campaigns, we began to work on producing a number of photo and video shoots to help us tell the story. This included the very first Clockface Beauty Christmas campaign and video promotion. Our role covered everything from sourcing locations, models, a creative team and schedule on the day itself.
In addition to social media management, NIMA has also been designing and writing the brand's fortnightly newsletters. These have been a brilliant way of enhancing each seasonal campaign and communicating key messages to the customer base in a really personal way. A simple and effective way to share details on upcoming events, product tips and encourage customer engagement.
