An incredibly exciting development in the Clockface Beauty journey was the opening of their beautiful pop-up shop in Trinity Leeds, and NIMA was delighted to have been there to support them each step of the way.
As longstanding Brand Partners of Clockface Beauty, we were delighted to be asked to support the launch of their Trinity Leeds Pop-Up shop.
Our focus was to be Customer Experience and PR. So we started at the very beginning and supported the Clockface team with the recruitment process. Reviewing applications, conducting interviews and leading customer service training days allowed us to ensure that our client had the right team, with the right knowledge in place. A strong team in the store, hand-picked by NIMA and the Clockface founders, was a crucial way to enhance the customer and consumer journey, even beyond the excellent products.
This then moved into tracking the customer experience at every touchpoint. Did the store look perfect, feel comfortable to shop in and was the flow of the store right?
Our role then moved into a local PR project to increase Clockface Beauty’s reach and exposure. Networking with local publications and bloggers ensured that the brand reached a diverse audience, but also made a huge impact on social media with frequent reviews and blogs being shared.
With the boutique finished to the highest standard, an excellent sales team in place, and the word out about the upcoming opening day, the final task on NIMA’s agenda was to plan a Clockface Beauty events calendar. The calendar included a VIP launch and Twilight Spa Shopping Evening and was the perfect opportunity to encourage new customers into the shop. A stylish and elegant evening was planned by our team, with theme-specific decor and complimentary hand massages on offer.
It is through such thorough planning and support that we can provide unparalleled service, taking all elements of marketing, brand growth and business enhancement into our own hands. We wish Clockface all the best and are thrilled to continue to support them, in every way NIMA knows how.
